F45 training, the fitness brand that launched just three short years ago in Australia and now boast more than 750 studio franchises across 26 countries, is teaming up with The Tangello Group to add a magazine to its support for members.
We've found time-poor people still want to have a great workout with support, advice and encouragement from a fitness professional”, explains F45 founder and owner Rob Deutsch.
The launch of our own F45 Training magazine is the natural next step to support our members with trusted, scientifically accurate information and advice on their fitness, health, nutrition and training methods,” said Deutsch.
The launch issue will have a print run of 60,000 copies with every one of those copies going into the hands of F45 members. A digital edition will also be available via the f45training.com.au website.
F45 fills a gap between a traditional gym where people pay a small membership fee but have no support and tailored personal training sessions, which can become financially unsustainable.
The success of the F45 Training model lies in the healthy, addictive nature of high intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with a dynamic and supportive team environment and led by world-class coaches who motivate and challenge each member in every session.
Celebrities including Hugh Jackman, Ricky Martin, Joel Madden, Nicole Richie and home grown Neighbours star Olympia Valance are just some of F45 Training’s devotees.
We believe it is important to take a holistic approach to supporting our members not only with expert advice on human movement and correct functional training but also health, nutrition, mood and motivation and stress management and work-life balance and our magazine will cover all this.” added Deutsch.
The F45 Training magazine will be custom published by The Tangello Group lead by ex ACP/ Time Inc/ Bauer executives Lucinda Mitchell and Darren Dawkins. “It is exciting to be working with such a dynamic team and growing brand. It is also nice to finally see a magazine launch amongst the all the closures” Mitchell said.
