Who We Are

The Tangello Group was founded by Lucinda Mitchell in 2011 after more than 20 years launching and managing niche and mass brands as a magazine publisher with ACP (Bauer Media), IPC Magazines and Time Inc. She has been responsible for developing successful brands across various platforms including print, digital, events and products.

Having studied psychology Lucinda realised early in her career that the key to increasing sales of a brand is to understand purchase motivation triggers and to identify where, when and how to communicate with the target audience to maximise the brand's relevance and the customer's active participation in matching the brand promise to what THEY want.

      At the Tangello Group we believe it is critical to learn what the target audience really wants. It enables you to identify where and when to find your ideal clients - so the brand message is relevant rather than an interruption. And it ensures the brand communication matches the way the audience likes to engage. This also helps tweak products and services to better fit what the audience wants, for a competitive edge.
    Resulting in the target audience actively seeking the brand. Inbound or 'Pull' marketing, not push selling.

We experienced this ourselves and in an effort to replicate online the effectiveness of the custom publishing model of education and advice to generate trust and dialogue with a brand we turned to Inbound Marketing.

With Marketing Automation Software we aren't creating content in the hope of hitting the mark. We have detailed analytics which helps us measure and refine the campaigns for greatest results.

  • Can I do inbound
    marketing myself?

    Yes you can, but it is a fairly complicated process which takes time to master. If you need results as soon as possible and don't have the luxury of time to go through the learning process then it may be best to engage an inbound marketing specialist.
  • Do I have to have a
    marketing automation system?

    If you don't have an effective marketing automation system (we use and recommend Hubspot) then you won't have the support to ensure all your content is properly SEOed, an easy social media publishing process and more importantly you won't have the measurement tools to know what is working and what isn't.
  • How long does it take for
    Inbound Marketing results?

    The time it takes to see the ROI of your inbound marketing efforts is dependent on whether you're starting from scratch with a new website, blog and social media accounts. It usually takes between 4 and 6 months to really start seeing results - it is important to understand that inbound marketing is more of a long-term investment than a quick fix (and unfortunately the advertising quick fix is becoming less and less effective with lower ROI every day).
